The Maritime Law unit of the Group regularly advises on marine commerce, carriage of goods by sea, as well as on cabotage and applicable restrictions. The unit is also adept at maritime litigation including in respect of the arrest and release of vessels on behalf of lenders, P&I clubs and vessel owners and charterers.
The Aviation Unit advises on licensing and regulation of airlines, passenger rights and carrier rights and liabilities, as well as air accidents and relevant compensation.
