To this end, we advise our Clients on the provisions of the Law and where required, assist them in obtaining Immigration facilities (Permits, Quotas, Visas, etc) required for their operations in Jordan.
We dispense our services with dispatch due to our broad experience in this area of practice and our longstanding excellent working relationship with the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the Jordanian Immigration Service and the Jordanian Ministry of Investment.
Our Labour practice entails us rendering advise to clients on a broad range of labour issues including trade union regulations, private sector pension schemes and retirement benefits; staff negotiations, employment contracts and employment protection.
